Terms of Service

1.Your account

You sign in with a Google account, or you try the Sandbox as a guest with a temporary account that lasts a few hours. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your account to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2.Your content

What you create on KomoDice (characters, campaigns, maps, images, notes, posts) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people it is meant for (your campaign, or everyone for a forum post) so that the service can work.

You promise that you have the right to upload and share what you add, and that it is not illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, malware, or someone else's copyrighted work used without permission.

3.How to behave

• Be respectful to the people at your table and in the forum. No harassment, threats, hate or spam.
• Do not attack, overload or scrape the service, or try to get around its limits or its security.
• Do not pretend to be someone else.
• A Dungeon Master is responsible for how their own table is run.

4.The community forum

The forum is public. Administrators can remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules, and anyone can report a post. Reports and removals are kept in a moderation log.

5.Storage and supporting KomoDice

Every account has a storage limit for uploaded files. Supporting KomoDice is voluntary. A support above the minimum amount shown gives you Patron status for the period shown, which raises your limits. Patron never changes the rules of the game or stops anyone from joining a session. If Patron ends, your files stay and only new uploads are limited.

Support is not refundable unless the law says otherwise.

6.Dungeons & Dragons and other people's work

KomoDice is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Dungeons & Dragons is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. The rules content comes from the System Reference Document under a Creative Commons licence: see Credits and licenses for the full attribution.

The KomoDice name, logo and design belong to the project.

7.Early access, and no guarantees

KomoDice is in early access. Features change, the service can be interrupted, and things can break. We take care of your data, but please keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.

8.Ending your use

You can stop using KomoDice at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. Guest accounts end by themselves.

9.Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the service, such as lost data, an interrupted session, or something another user did.

10.Changes and the law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for important changes we will tell you in the app. Using KomoDice after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
